The Fiscal Accountability and Sustainable Trade (FAST) task order seeks an expert short term technical assistance (STTA) national consultant who will support the implementation of the Activity including through desk research, stakeholder consultations, conducting focus group discussions, developing training materials, and delivering quality trainings to CSOs and youth groups.
DevTech is a member of the Consortium for the Asia Resilient Cities (ARC) Project, together with BRAC and ICF, under the leadership of JSI Research and Training, Inc., working on a $25 million USAID-funded project aimed at making secondary cities in Asia more resilient and livable in the face of various shocks. ARC collaborates with cities — Khulna in Bangladesh, Rajkot in India, Biskhek in Kyrgyz Republic, and Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia — to promote sustainable urban growth, support resilient and low-carbon urban infrastructure, and integrate climate change and environmentally-conscious approaches.
The Fiscal Accountability and Sustainable Trade (FAST) task order supports rapid, sustainable, and equitable economic growth in USAID-assisted countries by bringing a systems approach to addressing public financial management (PFM) (public revenue, budget, expenditure, and debt), trade capacity building (TCB), macroeconomic planning and policies, and other economic governance issues, such as regulatory reform.
